The structure of the floor heater in System KAN-therm Tacker consists of several basic elements:

Several types of thermal insulation are available in the offer, depending on the needs of the investment and customer preferences.
Depending on the purpose of the room (floor load), foamed polystyrene boards can be used:

The above include foamed polystyrene boards of different thickness and various foil coatings (metallised and laminated). Each board has a pre-applied, permanently glued foil, printed in the form of a grid with a 5cm pitch – this makes the installation of heating loops with a specific spacing and designed shape easier.
Foamed polystyrene boards are delivered in coils of 1x5m.
The selection of a specific thermal insulation is made at the stage of designing the underfloor heating and cooling system.

Special plastic clips are used for effective fastening of heating pipes to the insulation.
The wide range of these elements is a nod to the contractors making floor installations.
The clips available in bulk are recommended for the manual mounting of pipes to insulation.
Considering the cumbersome and time-consuming nature of such a process, clips in so-called packs, designed for installation with a tacker, are much more popular.
Depending on the thickness of the thermal insulation, the range includes short, standard and long clips. This enables the pipe to be securely fastened to the foamed polystyrene board.

This is a mechanical device for fastening pipes to thermal insulation using plastic clips.
By using the clips in the packs, working with the tacker becomes more convenient and quicker. With the tacker, the fastening of heating loops can even be done alone.
Different constructions of the tacker (plastic and metal) make it possible to adjust it to the type of clips used.

The complete underfloor heating installation requires the use of additional materials to ensure safe operation:
